Overview
Spiral round duct is fabricated using a continuous helical lock-seam process from hot-dip galvanized steel coil. The spiral seam provides superior rigidity and airtightness compared to longitudinal-seam duct, with leakage rates typically below 1%. Used extensively in commercial HVAC, industrial ventilation, and exhaust systems where smooth airflow and long straight runs are required.
